Dear a mail groups.
What I meant to say is that if Bill 474-06 is passed as is, it puts moneys only to Hilo for voter registration. We
must urge Council to include West Hawaii sites as well to make this a more balanced picture. Sorry I did not
make that clearer with my first a mail.
