SUBJECT: Attached is Bill No.347, Draft 2, relating to naming a County facility.
The following friendly amendments were required: Deleting the word "Bay" from the name of Wai`aha Bay
Beach Park in Section 1, Section 2 and Section 3 of Bill 347. From here on this County f teility shall be named
"Wai`aha Beach Park".
