We urge you to support resolution 465-06, to protect the
Waimea Pu'u from development. The green hills to the north, visible from town and from miles away, support the
character of Waimea. May they always remain open, the visual backdrop that brings the town into focus. May
this area also eventually be open for multiuse purposes: grazing, hiking, picnicing and the like. It is a wonderful
resource!
