RESOLUTION NO. 5U3 06
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
WHEREAS, the Traffic Division of the Department of Public Works has requested
funding in the amount of $6,000 for three (3) new street light installations for District 1; and
WHEREAS, two (2) of these street lights will be installed along the Waipi`o
Valley Access Road at the discretion of the Traffic Division of the Department of Public Works;
and
WHEREAS, one (1) of these street lights will be installed along the Old Mamalahoa
Highway in `O`okala on pole number 381 (located adjacent to 39-3297 Old Mamalahoa
Highway); and
WHEREAS, the Director of the Department of Public Works is in concurrence with the
transfer of funds for the explicit purpose of the installation of these three new street lights at the
locations referenced within this resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII that the following amount is hereby transferred and appropriated as set forth
below:

010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $6,000.00
CREDITED TO:
010.801.5801.33 Transfer to Cap Proj Fund-G $6,000.00

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Finance and that the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to
make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
