Would you please pass my support email letter to Honorable Members of Council.
Recently I moved to Orchidland Estate Subdivision where I live less then 2 miles from the subject
issue.l am sure there are lot a people wants more infrastructure to be build for their convenience living.
If I have more time notice, I can generate 100's or more resident who support and sign The Bill 309,
Draft 4 Planning director's Initiated.It should be back on the board Planner's request.
In terms of release the traffic congestion issue and build more infrastructure for the community,
Orchidland Drive stripe should change to Rural to Medium density Urban should be supported.
(These issue is very important for these resident who live in Orchidland, HPP,and Pohoa.
Everyday traffic is more worse situation)
If this strip developed and build infrastructure for the neighbouring subdivision, it will reduce
tremendous traffic relief for HWY130 WILL BE DECREASE SUBSTANTIALLY.
THEREFORE I WANT TO SUPPORT COUNTY PLANNING DIRECTOR'S INITIATED.
PLEASE MEMBER OF COUNCIL SHOULD SUPPORT PLANNING DIRECTOR'S ,
INITIATED.
