Subject: DELETE the F-2 Amendment from Bill 309
As a resident of Napoopoo Road and the Kealakekua Bay area I am writing the council with a strong
request not to spoil this rare and beautiful natural environment and agricultural land by rezoning from
Important Agriculture to Rural. Aside from creating more unnecessary congestion in an already
overcrowded area, this rezoning will open the way for development that will contribute to a much
greater increase in the likelihood of pollution into the precious landscape and and waters of Kealakekua
Bay.
Please vote to bifurcate and DELETE the F-2 Amendment from Bill 309. Please vote to preserve
these important and fragile lands.
