In light of the fact that like many West Hawaii residents, I am unable to attend the council meeting moved to
Hilo, I would like to express my opinion that:
Meetings scheduled for Kona be held in Kona, even if a delay is necessary because of unforeseen
circumstances
E-4 and F-2 should be deleted from Bill 309
