I don't understand how a hearing that was supposed to give Kona residents a chance to speak <br /> out has been rescheduled to be held in Hilo. So, I am sending you this email strongly asking the Council to delete <br /> the F-2 Amendment from Bill 309. A lot of the beauty of Kona is slowly disappearing due to the rapid growth of <br /> residential subdivisions and businesses. Please don't let that happen to Kealakekua Bay!
