Aside from creating more unnecessary congestion in an already overcrowded area, this <br /> rezoning will open the way for development that will contribute to a much greater increase in the likelihood of <br /> pollution into the precious landscape and and waters of Kealakekua Bay. <br /> Please vote to bifurcate and DELETE the F-2 Amendment from Bill 309.
