Purpose of Grant: Funds will be used towards a reforestation project mauka of the
West Hawaii Veterans Cemetery. Funds will be used to purchase fence material to fence 40 acres of
land to protect newly planted native species. The plants will be donated for the project and volunteer
manpower will be utilized for the planting project and fence installation.
