„fY or y~ <br /> `~y` ~ <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> •r or~M~~' <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 510 U 6 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, the Konawaena High School Football Program has struggled in recent year due <br /> to family dynamics, economic shortfalls, and most notably drugs; and <br /> WHEREAS, Konawaena High School continues to provide our students the opportunity to <br /> participate in extra curricular sports programs, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Konawaena High School Football Program is in need of sports equipment, <br /> uniforms, travel gear, replacement of old equipment, and other basic amenities; and <br /> WHEREAS, discretionary funds from District 7 will be appropriated to the Prosecuting <br /> Attorney's Office to be used as a grant towards Konawaena High School -Athletic Division. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF <br /> HAWAII that the following amount is hereby transferred and appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $9,000.00 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $9,000.00 <br /> <br />
