RE: Request for Committee time for a presentation by a representative of Tradewinds Forest
Products.

I would like to respectfully request two hours of committee time for a presentation by Mr. Don
Bryan, President and CEO of Tradewinds Forest Products, LLC. I would also like to request that this
presentation appear before the Human Services and Economic Development Committee.
The content of this presentation would focus on the progress to date and future plans for the
potential veneer mill and co-generation plant in `0`6kala. I believe this would provide an excellent
opportunity for the public, as well as the Council, to have direct access to crucial information regarding
an issue that has been and continues to be significant to not only District 1, but our entire Island.
I would like to request this time for the committee meetings scheduled for November 28.
