RESOLUTION NO. 526 c16
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO
A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation's Elderly Activities Division is
in need of funds to purchase miscellaneous equipment, which will be used at the Kamana
Senior Center, Pomaika`i Senior Center, and for East Hawaii senior events; and
WHEREAS, discretionary funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to
purchase the following equipment:

12. Deluxe Bingo Set 2 $ 400.00
13. Dell Personal Computer (Pomaika`i 2 $2,400.00

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII that the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set
forth below:

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Parks and Recreation and Director of Finance and that the
Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with
the terms of this resolution.
