Animal Control
I would like to amend Bill 258, Draft 3, to read as follows:
"Article 1. Cockfighting Equipment.
and Related Section 4-1. Prohibited.
It is unlawful for any person to engage or participate in any
cockfighting exhibition.

Section [4-3.] 4-2. Violation-penalty.
Any person violating any provision of this article shall be punished
by a fine of not less than $250 and not exceeding $1,000 or by
imprisonment not exceeding thirty days, or by both."
