Chairman Higa,
I am writing to request that video taped testimony (Communication 102.18) be placed on the agenda of the
next Public Safety and Parks and Recreation Committee meeting. This is a video submitted by a member of the
public that has requested it be resubmitted as testimony. I would like this to be placed on the agenda as an item,
but have agreed to treat it as testimony, as such I will be limiting the time to 3 minutes.
