The funds will be used to purchase two (2) minivans to provide transportation services to the elderly homeless and disabled. Enclosed is a resolution for the Council's authorization to receive and expend state funding, pursuant to Act 100, Session Laws of Hawai'i 2006. Also enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating the $80,000.
