Please fulfill the promise by Chairman Higa that issues that affect Kona should be heard here. This
makes sense and is most fair to everyone. It also gives our Hilo Councilmen a chance to see our living
conditions first hand and allows our Councilmen more time with their constituents because they don't
have to travel. Also, set meeting times during the year would be best for planning purposes.
