Dear Council members,
Since Bill 309 more specifically affects the citizens on the west side of the Big Island, and since Councilman Higa
promised to schedule issues important to Kona to be heard and decided in Kona, I request that the public hearing on
Bill 309 be followed by the final reading of the Bill at the December Council meeting in Kona.
