Subject: F 2 and Bill 309
Dear Council Member,
Please conduct meetings regarding local issues in the area that it affects.
In this case I am requesting that Bill # 309 be discussed in Kona and not in Hilo. Many of us are working people
who cannot make the drive to Hilo to speak out for a local issue.
I would also like to request that Bill 309 not receive its final reading until the new council sits in January.
