Subject: Bill 309 - General Plan amendments
Aloha Chairman Higa and Council Members!
I urge you to either defer your vote on this bill and let the new Council take action. If
you simply cannot do that, then I urge you
to:
- OPPOSE F-2 completely.
- OPPOSE E-4 completely.
OR break this amendment into separate amendments and vote on them that way.
