Subject: F-2 BILL 309 Nov.15 Council Meeting
To who it may concern.
I am a resident of South Kona, living on Napoopoo Rd.
I continue to send my strong request not to spoil this rare and beautiful natural environment and agricultural
land by rezoning from Important Agriculture to Rural. Aside from creating more unnecessary congestion in an
already overcrowded area, this rezoning will open the way for development that will contribute to a much
greater increase in the likelihood of pollution into the precious landscape and and waters of Kealakekua Bay.
Despite a large outpouring of testimony received from the district requesting that this bill be deleted it
continues to move forward towards a final reading.
I request that Bill be brought to Kona for a hearing by the newly elected council.
I ask for your vote to DELETE the F-2 Amendment from Bill 309.
Thank-you
