To my knowledge there was <br /> nothing unusual going on that day, no accidents, construction issues, fires, parades <br /> . It is not unusual that my trip home from work takes an hour through the Kainaliu Crawl. <br /> Do you honestly care about the quality of life for south Kona, by allowing more building <br /> w/o the infrastructure of roads in tact? C'mon guys and gals . . . who do you really <br /> represent? I simply request that you do what is truly right and good for West Hawaii <br /> residents and tourists alike. Does paradise include sit-still traffic? It hasn't the past <br /> 30+ years of my residency. <br /> Please do not pass Bill 309. Again, I fervently request you to DELETE F-2!
