I continue to send my <br /> strong request not to spoil this rare and beautiful natural environment and agricultural land by rezoning <br /> from Important Agriculture to Rural. <br /> Aside from creating more unnecessary congestion in an already overcrowded area, this rezoning will open <br /> the way for development that will contribute to a much greater increase in the likelihood of pollution into <br /> the precious landscape and and waters of Kealakekua Bay. <br /> Despite a large outpouring of testimony received from many district residents requesting that this bill be <br /> deleted, it continues to move forward towards a final reading. Is there some agenda that we are not privy <br /> to?
