SUBJECT: Proposed Bill 251, Draft 3 - SCD Kona 108, LLC
Attached for the Council's favorable consideration at its November 29, 2006 meeting is
proposed Bill 251, Draft 3, with the following amendment per discussion at the November 15,
2006 Council meeting.
1. Bill 251, Draft 3 deletes Condition "E" requiring a Use Permit for the proposed
Salvation Army Complex within five (5) years from the effective date of this
ordinance, since the Salvation Army Complex has been omitted from the proposed
development:

2. Reletter Conditions "F" to "Y" to Conditions "E" to "X".
