A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRINGJAPPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
WHEREAS, Ali`i Kai Subdivision New Park Development is a new neighborhood park
in a residential subdivision in an area amongst numerous residential subdivision where there are
no public neighborhood parks for family related recreational activities; and
WHEREAS, discretionary funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to the
Department of Parks & Recreation for the planning and design of the Ali`i Kai Subdivision New
Park Development.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII that the following amount is hereby transferred and appropriated as set forth
below:

AMOUNT OF
APPROPRIATION: $26,655.00
OUT AND FROM:
010.10].5101.91 Clerk-CouncilSVC-Contingency Relief $26,655.00
CREDITED TO:
010.801.5801.33 Transfer to Cap Proj Fund-G $26,655.00
(To be allotted to Park Improvement
Projects Council District 7)
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Department of Parks and Recreation and the Director of Finance,
and that the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in
accordance with the terms of this resolution.
