At the November 14, 2006 Planning Committee meeting, no one appeared from the public to present testimony on this matter. Committee Vice Chair Hoffmann stated his understanding that this resolution increases the amount he and the developer has been working with, which was $118,000.00. Director Yuen stated he could not explain the difference between the two amounts, however, he noted that there is a clause in the fair share provision that talks about adjustments for increase in the consumer price index. Mr. Yuen stated that it gets a little complicated in calculating adjustment because of different start dates for different ordinances and that in this case, due to inflation, the amount was adjusted upwards.
