Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 350, reports as follows:
Bill No. 350, transmitted jointly with Resolution No. 491-06 by Director of Finance
William Takaba, via Communication No. 1132, dated October 10, 2006, amends Ordinance
No. 06-79, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending June 30, 2007. The amendment is as
follows:

010.221.5221.31 Rescue Equipment -Private General $30,206
Total $30,206
These funds from the Daniel R. Sayre Memorial Fund will be used towards the ptuchase of
rescue vehicles and associated equipment that will aid in rescue services azound the island.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 350 and
recommends it pass first reading.
