I really don't care anymore what the heck you do about barking dogs but so long as my neighborhood makes noise, my dogs have a right to make noise too. And dogs have a right to bark on ag land because that is where they should be dogs. The problem is that we have too many mainland haoles moving in that expect quiet when the American culture is a noisy culture to begin with. They are the problem not my dogs.
