Dear Council Members,
I am against making any changes under proposal F2 and
I am against making any changes under proposal E4.
Both changes will drastically harm the ocean in terms of urban runoff (yes, even
treated sewage is harmful)
There is a study by a group of UH professors that confirms the harm which is
already brewing in our Kona waters.
Bad decisions have long term irreversible impacts. I hope you know what that
means.
