If this really does not do anything but direct the Planning Director to conduct a feasibility study of an Interim Amendment Procedure, it seems that is okay. However any amendment that reduces public participation we are very much against. We do not believe the Council should be able to make amendments on the floor, bypassing the checks ,it would and balances of the current General Plan procedures. This is most concerning to us because seem to swim against the direction we're going with the various communities CDP's. Powo the People! J Mahalo, - c-+ Gail W. Jackson William B.
