Dear Chairman Pilago,
My name is don Mitsuda and the Planning Committee is scheduled to bear my request to
repeat Ordinance 46.61 (RRZ 825) on TMX 2-480:015 (formerly 2-4-3:poreon o£4) an
Monday October 30m at 2:00 pm. Unfortunately. I am not able to be in attendance
because of tht te"M rainstorm damage we sustained at my workplace Hawaii Volcanoes
National park, though minor, our Superintendent has imbfited several safety projects that
require our immediate attention. We are scheduled to start Monday with some walkway
repairs.
I hope that you and the Planning Committee members grant my request to repeal
Ordinance 96-61 based on the favorable recommendation by Chairman Kimo Alameda
and Members of the Planning Commission.
