Raising live stock and farm animals is an accepted-use on all <br /> <br /> Agricultural Lands. State law protects the Right to Farm Act, whether <br /> <br /> for commercial or family farm-use. We already have sufficient laws <br /> <br /> <br /> regarding animal nuisance and barking dogs, increasing the fines and <br /> <br /> punishment will not improve the situation. In fact it will create more <br /> <br /> animosity among neighbors and eventually erode the mutual respect of <br /> <br /> <br /> private property.
