Subject: New barking Dog Laws
Dear county Council,
I am a concerned animal farmer.
Honolulu has changed over the past 20 years or more into a metropolitan city.
There are no more rual areas in honolulu any more.
To adopt the city laws will only perplex bad neighbor situations,
Here On the Big Island we need to define Ag.areas for people who wish to persue a rual life style.( with
noisy animals)
I agree that all people desirve peace.
Animals should also be allwoed to make natrual sounds.
I feel that the wording in section 4-7 (B) through section 5
needs amending. So that people are not put up against a neighbor who has a vendeta.
I also feel that most people with animals do not have them to becom a nuanse.
Unfortunatly this new wording to the law,makes them become a target for littigation which many
farmers well as other people, cannot aford.
