Dear Mr. Higa and Members of the County Council,
I forgot to also add that the main reason why I support Mr. Carr's project is
because he will have 56 affordable units located in the urban core of North Kona
that will be close to jobs and shopping. According to our Kona Community
Development plan, this is where most of our affordable housing units belong. I
know that there are 56 families somewhere in Kona who are looking forward to
living in this neighborhood and living in the heart of Kailua-Kona.
