Subject: Kona Coffee Estates
Members of the County Council:
Please seriously think about your vote on the rezoning of the Kona Coffee Estates. This is not
the right time nor place for the development!! We need more infrastructure and a community
development plan first, addressing the issues of water and traffic.
Regardless of the campaign money paid by the developer, and regardless of the increased
property tax revenue, think of what is
good for the citizens of the Kailua-Kona area. And that is not more traffic... Thank you, Bekke
