Allowing new cul-de-sac subdivisions is simply bad planning. There will be only one way in, one way out to Kona Coffee Estates for the time being. Thus all the traffic will be funneled through Malulani Gardens for the foreseeable future, further increasing the traffic bottleneck on Queen Kaahumanu highway. Highway. That being said, since it's likely you won't change your vote, I urge at least you to obligate Stanford Carr to build the ENTIRE Hienaloli Extension between Palani Road and Kailua View Estates. Yes, he'll build a segment of that road. But that won't do much good as the Hienaloli Extension won't be completed for a very long time.
