Dear Councilman Higa, a;
My name is Jeffrey Ikeda. I am 15 years old and I
attend Hilo High School. I am in band and used to be in the
Youth Leadership Program.
My class has been debating about Bill 300. I have 2
reasons for the ban. The reason why I'm for the ban is
because it will cut down on litter and vandalism at beach
parks. Another reason would be because it would make
beach parks and beaches more enjoyable without the stench
of booze in the air.
