Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 166, Draft 3. As discussed at
the December 2, 1997 Planning Committee meeting, the following amendments were
requested for Council consideration:
1. Adding a new condition requiring a Traffic Impact Analysis Report for the
subject property; and
2. Amending the fair share allocations for ten units rather than six.
