My name is Lionel, and I am writing to you with my opinion on'Bill
300. Currently 16, I will be a voting citizen in two years, and hope to
someday become governor of Hawaii. As of right now, I learn about the
democracy I live in with Ms. Dorn.
Bill 200 is an interesting bill from my standpoint, but some points I
thought of were not mentioned in the newspaper article of the Tribune
Herald.
These being things such as waste (litter, vomit, glass) and vandalism
(where it applies). I believe that alcohol consumption should be limited to
private social events such as parties and restaurantsibars.
Though I myself think that alcohol is a horrid substance that ought to
be illegalized, as it tastes bad and makes people do stupid things, such as
cause a lot of car accidents, I understand that it has positive effects that
people appreciate.
