Dear Council Higa,
I am a Hilo High, Junior. I am 16 years old and a male athlete runner.
As a runner I do not smoke or drink. But I like to run a lot, drinking aria
smoking can ruin and effect my running, slow me down, ruin lungs, screw `A
up my legs, bad health, etc. So you know what I mean, I don't really hang
out with people who drink or smoke, but I have friends that do; and we all
cool.
Any ways I think Alcohol both should and shouldn't be banned.
Reason why they should ban it is that it would there would be less accidents,
littering, healthier lives, etc. But it also shouldn't be banned because they are
just going to do it anyway, and that would also cause more problems to the
police and everyone else for bail. Can ruin a lot of peoples lives with money
problems, and stuff. So as you can see I'm mostly against the ill 300. I think
it might just cause more problems if I do say so myself.
