hi, lately ive heard of a movement toward banning, chained animals. it never occured to me that this
could be done, but it makes perfect sense. i have had dogs my entire life, and would now, except,
someone stole my white lab, from mt. view, and i dont wish to got through that again. the problem with
making a law which bans chaining animals, is the obvious effect, such as an overwelming number of
animals shipped off to the animal shelter. concerning dogs barking, i have put up with a totally rude
neighbor for almost 3 years, and i hav quit bothering the police. they do nothing, im also tired of telling
my other neighbors dog to stop barking, they are seperated, and both are rarely at home now, and the
dog is left to his own devices. these people should not have dogs, period. todd lavigne
