You must first realize that one road in and one road out is not planning for the future. This rezoning from Open to Urban can not be passed with the objections of residents who have to face traffic issues for hours each day. What will happen during a natural disaster, hurricane, tsunami, or. earthquake. With the number of boat slips over 900, how will the evacuation be safe? Who can we count on for Civil Defense measures. We can not support a huge development in light of the lack of infustructure. Do you actually thing that there will be a grant of easement from the Queen Lihokolani Trust? Let's re-think this Bill 309 can come up with a better plan for infustructure. Thank you. It is your legacy. Sincerely, Marie Aguilar comm. No. ~l_~D Rill Toflr_tl1'~. Rei. Date Nf1V q X006 11/29/2006
