Council Members,
Bill Rosehill, nominee to the Hawal' i Fire Commission, contacted our office this morning and notified us that his
father passed away on Oahu last evening (November 12, 2006). Mr. Rosehill will be heading to Oahu.
For this reason, he will not be able to attend the Council meeting on 11/15/06 for the second reading of his
confirmation.
Enclosed for your information is Mr. Rosehill's application when he applied for the Community Development Plan
Steering Committee. Hopefully, there is sufficient information on this form for the Council to move forward.
Please do not print this document, as it contains sensitive information, such as his social security number.
Deputy Corporation Counsel Diane Noda, who represents the Fire Commission, informs me that Mr. Rosehill has
been following the Fire Commission very closely, and has in the past attended their meetings as a member of the
public and observer.
