Attached for your consideration is proposed Bill No. 167, Drafr 2. The following amendments
to the proposed Draft 2 proposes standard language used in similar zonings:
1. Adding the standard water commitment payment language to Condition C;
2. Adding the standard fair share contribution condition with allocations;
3. Adding the standard Unified Impact-Fees condition; and
3. Adding the standard catch-all condition.
