This is to follow-up on the above-referenced request for an extension of time filed with this office
on July 21, 1992. According to our files, the last correspondence was a letter from you dated
September 11, 1992 (enclosed) to the Planning Department, in which you forwarded the agencies
comments to Mr. Seiersen. We have not received further notice from you or Mr. Seiersen since
September 1992.
Please inform us in writing within 30 days from the date of this letter of the status to proceed with
the time extension request. The compliance to Condition C, to secure Final Plan Approval, is
long overdue, °~d therefore, may we remind you that according to Condition A of the ordinance,
it states, "The applicant, successors or assigns shall be responsible for complying with all of the
stated conditions of approval".

Dear Mr. Hayashi:
I received and forwarded your September 8, 1992 letter with
all enclosures to my client. We understand the reservation of
rights expressed by the Department of Public Works in the August
20, 1992 letter to your department, the expiration of water
commitment discussed in the August 24, 1992 letter from the
Department of Water Supply to you, and those matters should not
present any problems. My client will apply for an extension of
the water commitment prior to its expiration at the end of
February, 1993 and if a lor.^~r extension of time thsn the

year being sought proves necessary, Seiersen's engineering
consultants will coordinate any necessary updates with the
Department of Public Works.
