Aloha Chairman Higa and Council Members!
I was at the VERY-WELL ATTENDED hearing at the Sheraton Thurs. eve. The majority of testimony
was against the rezoning. And most asked for deferral until the Kona Community Development Plan
was enacted.
I ask the same. Please defer this rezoning and all others until after the KCDP is finalized and there are
actual plans for what Kona wants.

Mahalo to the 5 council members who attended the hearing. It was a long drive for Holschuh, Ikeda,
Jacobson. And Isbell and Pilago gave up a quiet evening, even tho they didn't have to drive for 2 hrs.
