Subject: Proposed development of Kona Coffee Estates Bill 251
Council Members:
We are against the proposed development because the legitmate safety concerns voiced by the Malulani
Gardens residents are blatanly being ignored.
Please do not approve this development until and unless the developer provides access to the Kona
Coffee Estates on upper Pilani, away from the traffic congestion that already plagues the area around
Henry Street and the Queen's Highway.
