Subject: proposed development of Kona Coffee Estates
Aloha,
I am a homeowner that lives in the Malulani Garden subdivision. I bought this home so that I could get some
privacy and yet live in Kona Town. I am deeply concerned of this Kona Coffee Estate Development.
I feel that the through fare through our subdivision is incredibly wrong by the developer as it will reduce the
privacy that we bought into. It is obvious that traffic will increase to Highway 19 and the traffic is already from
Henry Street going south. The proposed Kona Coffee Estate development should not involve my development
nor use our street as an access.
I am against this project as the developer cut his own access off by the Lowe's project. It is obvious we as a
community do not want this project as we did not allow Lowe's to come through the Malulani access and it is
still blocked off.
