I . Bruce R. Horton . a resident of Kailua , Kona Hi. , disapprove and say no to a proposed rezoning of the area in
N. Kona that would allow Stanford Carr Development Co. to increase residential density in this particular site. The
only access would create a bottle neck on the highway and just increases the congestion and pressure on
existing infrastructure like police and fire response. To allow for this poorly thought out development coupled with
the future expansion of the area adjacent to Honokahau Harbor traffic will cease to flow faster than a parking lot
