I have seen many accidents when some drivers go strait though the right turn ONLY at Malulani Dr. What do you think is going to happen when they make a fast right on Malulani to make a short cut to Henry as we come out of our entrance. I was already involved in an accident coming home as I was almost stopped at the red light for Henry when I, was hit from behind by a driver that was in a hurry. I was at one of the early meetings and they said the affordable housing was an other option to meet the county needs. What happen to that option? I do not think the Salvation Army Center is a good option with the traffic Issues. A traffic light Malulani Dr, will NOT solve the problem and only make the traffic in Highway 11 everiworse. There need to be a total redesign of that intersection to make it save. It is very hard to change things after the fact but the first death or injury is even worst when you had a chance to prevent it. Please do not approve this development unless the developer provides access to the Kona Coffee Estates on upper Pilanl, away from the traffic congestion that already plagues the area around Honry St. and the Queen's Hwy or you do a total redesign of the intersection otfully, 0 Dennis Lindsay 7n,d oaorAbG (rm/) Aespmrl sruueri Wd LSta 9nnL'90 ngweneN 'AepuoW BILL 251 MAL ULANI GARDENS PETITION AGAINST THE REZONING OF THE 108-ACRE PARCEL KNOWN AS KONA COFFEE ESTATES The undersigned resident(s) of Malulani Gardens oppose Bill 251 that refers to rezoning of agriculture land allowing for the development of Stanford Carr's Kona Coffee Estates.
